1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how José Ramón Pérez Athié ("Developer", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile applications listed above (collectively, "Apps"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Camera & Sensor Access

Our Apps use Augmented Reality (AR) features that require access to your device's camera. Camera data is processed entirely on-device in real time to render AR content and is never stored, uploaded, or transmitted to external servers. We also access motion sensors (accelerometer, gyroscope) to enable AR tracking — this data is used only for spatial positioning and is not recorded or shared.

2.2 Device Information

We may collect non-personal, anonymous technical information such as device model, operating system version, and language settings. This data is used solely to ensure compatibility and improve performance. It cannot be used to identify you personally.

2.3 Analytics (If Applicable)

Some Apps may use third-party analytics tools (e.g., Unity Analytics or Firebase) to collect aggregated, anonymized usage statistics such as session length and feature interactions. No personally identifiable information is included in these reports. Where analytics are used, this is noted in the individual app's store listing.

2.4 What We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit: your name, email address, phone number, or other contact details; photos or video from your camera; location/GPS data; health or biometric data; payment information; social network credentials.

3. How We Use Information

The limited technical information we access is used solely to:

• Provide and operate AR features within the App.
• Diagnose technical issues and crashes.
• Improve overall performance and compatibility.

We do not use any information for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may integrate the following third-party SDKs for core functionality:

Apple ARKit / Google ARCore — for AR tracking. Their privacy practices are governed by Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies.
Unity Engine — for 3D rendering and platform services.

We do not share any user data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

5. Device Permissions

The Apps request the following permissions:

Camera — Required to display AR content overlaid on the real world. Access is only active while you are using AR features within the App.
Motion & Orientation Sensors — Used to track device position and orientation for AR.

You may revoke any permission at any time through your device's Settings. Revoking camera access will disable AR functionality.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us at the email below and we will take steps to delete it.

7. Data Retention

We do not store personal data on our servers. Any anonymous analytics data collected is retained only as long as necessary to improve the App (typically no more than 12 months) and is then deleted or anonymized further.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any information processed by our Apps. Since all sensitive data (camera feed, motion data) is processed exclusively on-device and never leaves your device, the associated security risks are minimal.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:

Access — Request information about data we hold about you.
Deletion — Request deletion of any data we hold.
Opt-out — Disable analytics by following in-app instructions or revoking device permissions.

Because we collect minimal to no personal data, most requests can be satisfied immediately. Contact us at the email below with any request.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
